THE DEVIL DOES NOT FIGHT HIS OWN

Come July 8-10, 2011, two prominent and most influential leaders in the anals of the National Democratic Congress will be vying for the ultimate position of flagbearership in leading the party to the 2012 General elections.

Ghanaians are particularly concerned about the outcome of the congress because the NDC as a party occupies a crucial position in the country.  Whatever happens at the congress has a ripple effect on the socio-political situation of Mother Ghana.  As Jesus rightly said "the devil does not fight his own", this is because when two brothers sailing across the sea begin to fight aboard, they only end up drowning together with the boat.
NDC has come a long way to suffer any shipwreck this Saturday.  I encourage all delegates to put Ghana first and vote for the right candidate devoid of insults.

Whoever wins, the greater onus lies on the wider voter populace in the 2012 Presidential and Parliamentary elections.  Delegates should see this election as an in-house beauty contest and not wash their dirty linen in public.  Whether FONKAR or FOPAM, both belong to the NDC. If supporters of Prof. and Konadu are aware that they are both branches of the same vine, then why the hulabaloo?
